Help updating to Bazzite Fall Update (ROG Ally X)

Hi friends, I'm trying to update to latest Bazzite with Fedora 43. Using bazzite-deck:stable on an Ally X. I know that the ASUS specific images are being scrapped and unified. Attempting to use brh to move to the latest branch but continually getting branches are equal messaging so no luck. I followed the rebasing guide documentation but I think I'm missing something to move to 43. Thank you in advance!!

The Fall Update announcement mentions rebasing to the "standard image". Is that different from bazzite-deck?

Good to know, thank you! Is the expectation that the Fedora 43 update is coming to the bazzite-deck image? No updates available and it appears that I'm still on 42.

I'm getting a pretty chunky update (5.3GB), we'll see what version of Fedora it is after it finishes downloading

I'm assuming you're on stable too?

Yep! It looks like the latest image is 43.20251029 Try using the System Update tool in desktop mode (or run ujust update in the terminal)

Ok looks like the desktop system update did the trick! It fetched 70+ ostree chunks which is...a lot. Wonder why the deck-side check for updates didn't catch them. Thank you for your help with this!!
