Yh but I'm not clear with the wordings
I got the mutual induction part
"around the central section" means u can use u0 * ni for magnetic field here.
calculate magnetic flux and then u should get :
flux = (something) * current
now if u differentiate :
d(Flux)/dt = (something) * di/dt
di/dt is change in current per sec
2A -> -2A in 1/4 sec. so change in current/time = -4/1/4 = -16 A/s
and by faraday's law : |d(Flux)/dt| = magnitude of emf induced

(the appxmation is only for dark blue lines passing through the coil in concern)
