Getting spammed with bots - Urgent

Hi, our e-commerce store has seen a large rise in bots last 1-2 weeks and it is not stopping we are not able to find a solution.
We are not using cloudflare, but hopefully moving domain to cloudflare will help?

We are desperate for a solution
