[Resolved] Heeeelp.. Microsoft Authenticator app swiped, no recovery available..
Hello Supabase team,
I'm currently in a super difficult situation for my app in production (Pro subscription).
Sign-in with github (OK) and MFA enabled using Microsoft Authenticator (never again !).
I changed my Phone 2 days ago for a new one (pixel 8 pro to pixel 10 pro). I believed I would get my Microsoft Authenticator app restored on my new Phone, but it was empty, no credentials, and no way to get any backup from Microsoft cloud 😱
As a consequence, I can't login anymore bit I really to need to perform urgent actions on my database..
Any way to reset or deactivate MFA ?

This is something that will have to be done via a support ticket, unfortunately this is a user forum so noone can help much with accessing an instance
Thank you @ibrahim . I filled in the support form yesterday and earlier today, and "in case" I decided to post a message here.
Hope that could be solved soon.. MFA with Microsoft Authenticator is a nightmare..
Follow-up : support team get back to me over the last week-end, and they disabled MFA for my account 🙌
