valorant cause whole pc to stutter/lag

when ever i open or play valorant my pc starts to stutter this includes all applications like spotify,google,discord etc... this only happens in valorant and no other games. my pc is also brand new and the specs are far above what it should need to run. Ping/internet is not a problem.
