Regarding resume writing.

Hello everyone, I have a question: Regarding resume writing. Let's say I know 10 out of 23 (GoF) patterns, how should I write that on my resume? If I have pet projects, should they be listed as experience? What if I don't have any professional (commercial) experience? What's the best format for a resume: PDF, Word, or something else? If I know a database, say, WinForms, WPF, but I'm applying for a backend developer position, should I describe it? If I've had experience with architectures like onion architecture, pure architecture, and monolithic architecture, is it worth including this? If I know (not all) how to use other patterns not from GoF, should I include this as well?

And is it necessary to write down what you know theoretically but in practice you can only do a little bit?

The format definitely shouldn't be anything editable. PDF is the standard

Did you mean “shouldn’t”?

Because PDF isn’t usually considered an editable format.
