How to overlay a nvidia grid driver?

Hello, how can i install a nvidia grid driver? rpm-ostree only lets me install rpm files but the file to be installed is a patched vgpu driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-{version}-vgpu-kvm-custom.run. Also the license file need to be placed into /etc/nvidia/ClientConfigToken/ How can this be done?
