Please reduce my restriction time

I've just came back from a trip, and i got into valorant and i clicked play into a match. And i was forced to shut the pc down bcuz of my mother, and when i looked at it back i thought it was only going to be like 15 min ban but no.. PLZ REDUCE MY BAN TIME I BEG YOU
