Resources v1 vs v2 and their visualization in Freeboard

Hi, I'm running a signalk-installation, that I have continuously updated over the last two years. I now run v2.17.2. I have a number of waypoints and notes stored at ./signalk/resources/waypoints and ./signalk/resources/notes While I have the latest Freeboard installed, I also run an older customised Freeboard based on Freeboard v1.19.1. In the older Freeboard I can see my notes and waypoints, but not in the latest Freeboard. When I check IP:3000/signalk/v1/api/resources/notes I see all my notes, when I check IP:3000/signalk/v2/api/resources/notes I see only one single note. Under plugins I have both "Resources Provider (build-in)" as well as "Resources Provider (sk-resources-fs)". What might be the reason that I do not see my notes (and other resources) in the latest Freeboard and also not under "IP:3000/signalk/v2/api/resources/notes"? Do I somehow have to migrate my notes (and other resources)?

Oh, I need to store data not under: ~/.signalk/plugin-config-data/resources-provider/resources. Ok, works now.
