YouTube recommended upload video bitrates HELP?!

I have a dual PC setup one for streaming other one for gaming. Streaming PC has 3050 and Gaming has 5090, and I can't find the right upload speed to use for streaming at 1440p60 for YouTube. Some people say set bitrate at 24mbits some say go all the way to 50 mbits. Some say if you go over 25mbits you won't tell the difference and YouTube will re encode it anyway and some say if you go over certain bitrate YouTube will just kick you off and keep you at the lowest upload speed?!?!. Does anyone actually know?? (I do have fiber internet with 1gb up and down) Thank you.

You can go up to 50mbps without issue. They won’t “kick you off” You should be using HEVC or AV1 for YouTube (HEVC only supported on your 30 series in stream pc), not H264 at which point 24mbps is probably fine for 1440p, but you can go as high as you want up to 50
