What type of static website do you have (Workers or Pages)? From your screenshot, I assume the domain is not using Cloudflare DNS?

@Laudian , the webpage i have in cloudflare is a static one, a portfolio and the domain company i want to buy is https://www.nic.py/ they are the one who manage the .com.py domain; and in order to register i need the "dns servers" and ask me for an ipv4 and ipv6 ip, i mean, ask me the dns server of the host of my static web page

You need to add the domain to Cloudflare. You are then assigned 2 nameservers. You can then find the ip addresses using a tool like dnschecker check the a record for ip4 and aaaa for ip6

mhmhmh, but for registering (as seen on the image above) ; i need already the ipv4 and ipv6; i kind of confused the thing is using that nic.py is not as easy as when i use namecheap... with namecheap domains i just go to the dashboard and configure it with this, i have to register via ipv4 and ipv6 first mhmh

Yes, you can add the domain to Ckoudflare before you registered it, and then you'll get assigned nameservers and can look up the ip.

DNS Checker

search for a (ip4) and aaaa (ip6) for the 2 nameservers you were assigned.

there's no reason it has to be this complicated, the paraguayan registry just wants to make it this annoying.

question: those dns dont change ever right? I mean, as seen on the page there ask me for three things: 1. name server , that would the alina.ns.cloudflare.com 2. the ipv4 , that would be the "A" 3. the ipv6, that would be the "AAA" as seen, the cloudflare gives me 2 name servers, i could use any of those two; and also use any of their many ip4 and ip6 option who give me If for some reason one of them goes down, does it automatically transfer to the next? or can they change ? what im afraid now is activate it , then , maybe 3 months later, the dns i choose just dont work no more, and the domain dont work could that ever happen?

You need to use both nameservers, and one IP4 and IP6 for each, so 4 IP addresses in total And no, the IP addresses don't change.
