If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed. They're showing a network error lol
when Immich was trying to build thumbnail, the network was broken. Now everything is back for a week, and Immich isn't rebuilding the bad ones.
How to trigger a manual complete rebuild?

but I don't think this will solve your issue
I think clearing your browser cache is the way too look :P
I'm using Immich.app on iOS
Any suggestions?
Try clearing the app's cache then
And make sure it does work on the web client
Oh u r right. Works in web client.
How do i clear app's cache? I cleared the files cache in app, no effect.

Hi, I have read a bunch on deleting photos, but I am still confused. I have an android app, and have added external libraries to my immich server.
When I delete things on the web, or on my android, what should I expect in my android and the web, and on the disk itself? I would expect that deleting items would delete items, but it seems immich is not setup to delete anything, even though it has a delete option. It does not seem consistent across my devices,
Does immich really not support delete for my photos? It seem like delete is more like make it disappear here, but maybe not there? I am super confused.
I seem to have attached this to your question by accident, sorry....
