Infinite mod updating/downloading

I have stable for steam workshop version (v2025.6.3.0) And tmod somehow can't download or update a huge storage mods like calamity and etc. Somewhere on 50-60 MB it stops and then downloading speed shows that it's decreasing. What should i do?
