Itβs been around 20 mins for me, still showing the same
If you have a VPN turn it off
Make sure you of course try relaunching it too
Restart your pc
Completely restart riot
I guess it is being fixed

I have tried this im pretty sure it will let you play until you close val and then you will reopen with the error atleast thats what happened for me
