Can bots pass Discord Onboarding?
I have a 1 channel verification system to filter out spam bots via a reaction role that unlocks the rest of the channels, but Onboarding has requirements of how many channels people can see and type in upon joining, so I have to choose between Onboarding or a verification system. Would spam bots be able to access the server if I picked Onboarding?

Yes
If you want 0 bots install a captcha system
Is that something that you can find in server settings?
No
Captcha.bot - Verification done right
Discord's leading CAPTCHA verification bot. Perfect for NFT, Crypto, and Web3 communities. Anti-raid and anti-phishing links.
But that's the problem, I can't make new members only view one channel with the capcha if I want to enable Onboarding
Onboard then show the captcha
Onboarding requires you to give new members immediate access to 5 channels, including channels they can type in
nope
it requires the role @ everyone to have access to those 5 channels
here is the tricky part
what you can do is create 5 channels where no role can view or send messages except @ everyone
then, create a role called "Unverified" that cannot view those 5 channels, "Unverified" has to be assigned automatically when someone joins
you can do it with Carl Bot's /autorole command
