PS5 controller "native" support on bazzite

so the last 2 days, I have been dissapointed as its been heavily advertised online that ps5 controllers are natively supported on linux, and by extension I assumed that for Bazzite. So far, wired or wireless, nothing but the controller and the adaptive triggers work. Gyro, trackpad, and haptics and or sound does not work at all. I have tried many solutions, restarts, updating the controller, made sure my bazzite was up to date and made sure I was using proton/wine and not GE , incase the haptics werre supported on GE too. However, to no avail. Im really struggling, and even posting on reddit have people read it and not helping, is seriously discouraging me, as I just wanted to have a great controller with great features work out of the box. yet. nothing so far. https://codeberg.org/fabiscafe/game-devices-udev Ive also tried this. multiple audio output options. but nothing so far has worked. any help would be much appreciated

i dont know what the exact limits of the support are but i do know that by "natively supported on linux" they mean the controller works and you can play games they are not saying that every feature works and works aswell as it should

gyro (native) works only in very few games and the trackpad usually needs to be mapped to something in Steam Input to be useful, same with the gyro, you can map it to mouse or stick input and haptics work only with Proton-GE and only in games that natively support this feature you need to have steam input off and connect it via cable for any of the advanced features such as speaker and haptics to work have you tested your dualsense in Steam to make sure that all the inputs work in hardware? it can test every single button, the joysticks, triggers and the trackpad
