Build Fails to Initialize and Times Out on Cloudflare Build
Description:
The Cloudflare build process fails to initialize and eventually times out during environment setup.
Logs:
07:24:28.466 Initializing build environment...
07:29:28.930 Build failed to initialize and was timed out
Observed Behavior:
The build remains stuck at the “Initializing build environment” stage for approximately 5 minutes before timing out automatically.
Expected Behavior:
The build environment should initialize successfully and proceed with the build steps.
Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger a build on Cloudflare (manually or via CI/CD).
Observe the build logs.
Notice that the process halts at the initialization step and times out.
