Removal of payment card information
I couldn't find any information on how to unlink my credit card. I switched back to the free plan, but I'm still getting bills every day. I want to unlink my card because the system shouldn't charge me now that I'm back on the free plan. I tried contacting support@neon.tech, but I received an automated message saying that this email address is NOT checked for support requests.
