Unable to upload Photos (Both tested from iOS and Android)
Hi, I've been using immich for a few months now on TrueNAS and it's been great. I've been keeping up to date with both the App server side and the mobile client. For some reason as of lately on my iPhone when I attempt to upload an image to Immich I get an error. I thought this was a cache so I reinstalled the app. No luck there, some how I got it to work on my android phone but after that one photo I'm experiencing a similar issue (where instead of an error when attempting to upload an image it runs an update task in app but nothing... no prompt to upload the photo to immich or nothing). Backup task still seems to be working.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.

Can you help share the mobile app log after uploading?
I'm experiencing the same issue, and uploading images via the web browser works for me too. Interestingly, uploading images from within the app from the "On the device" option on the Library tab works.
I am only unable to upload images when selecting immich via the share button.
Update: After deleting my logs and trying to replicate the issue, I am unable to reproduce the issue and photos upload normally

What was even more interesting is that it worked on my spouses phones no issues with uploading images, I can do web uploads too no issues
I tried it again... and even screenshotted the time of the last attempt.
I may try this, didn't want to dump logs yet
