Can I ask admin to contact with me? I got banned 4 years ago, it was a bug, I tried many times to text support, it didn’t help, I still want to get it back, cos it was a good account and I never used cheats.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the Appeal option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension....

Please use the Appeal option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an appeal request via the community support form.
I did already many times, it didn’t help, that’s why I asked you to help me, please at that time many people got banned by mistake, and they unbanned they accounts but not me
