CNAME
Hello,
We are a company using Google Workspace. As the company administrator, I have forgotten my password, and Google requires me to provide DNS information to recover my account.
We were informed that our domain (supmass.gg) has its NS records pointing to Cloudflare. To add the necessary CNAME record for Google Workspace verification, I need to log into Cloudflare.
The Critical Problem: We cannot access the Cloudflare account. The employee who initially set up this domain record (chris@supmass.gg) is no longer with the company, and we no longer have access to their account. Consequently, we are blocked from logging in and adding the required CNAME record.
Since I cannot add the record, I cannot activate the administrator email address (aleyna@supmass.gg) in Google Workspace, which means we are completely locked out of our Google Workspace services.
In short: We have lost access to the Cloudflare account registered under the email address chris@supmass.gg, and that former employee's email address is currently disabled/closed.
We are in a very difficult situation and urgently request your assistance. Thank you.
