Homarr nukes my pihole

Homarr (version 1.43.1) overloads my pihole and I dont know why? I have 3 integrations set up in my board but almost all my integrations use the local ip instead of a domain name. (for proxmox I use the domain because of the SSL Certificate from Nginx) But for some reason Homarr still does like 100 requests per minute. Is there a way to limit the amount of requests of an integration?

The number of request by homarr is now only a tenth of what it was before. I still have problems with my pihole but I think they are now caused by something else. Thanks a lot for your help!
