Error Running Game on Steam Deck Desktop Mode
Have linkedmy accounts and downloaded a game, but whenever I try to play it just says it's unable to initialize and to ensure my drivers are up to date. Steam deck has been regularly updated on all fronts I can think of outside of manually downloading gpu/cpu drivers.
I have also run the flatpak update/reinstall commands to no effect.

Solution
you'll have better luck using the windows version of the game
you could try enabling the steam runtime for the native version, but the windows version probably just works out of the box with no tinkering
