Hello! I have to find bug i think. I can't scroll down when i have a lot of errors and warnings and click - Copy Errors

ideally we avoid the double scrollbarShould i remove it or ship it? technically it can be removed via runframe full screen toggle
Yea it feels like maybe the user is in full screen mode (maybe automatic for CLI) and the issue is that full screen mode should sometimes display the scrollbar?
Yea i think i get it...in full screen mode the scroll vanishes which causes inner scroll bar to go out of view area and misbehave for ending content
but that seems unrelated to error issue so maybe we can ship this?

we want to have one scroll bar that is able to scroll on any long view
i'm trying to figure out why the user wasn't able to scroll on the errors
umm we already have this issue with other components like circuit json bom etc

@Seve can you review/merge this one...i fixed the text cutting issue in both full screen as well....now only double sidebar is left for non full screen
