My Account Banned Without any reason 😭
I am writing to appeal the ban on my account (ID: 5236682409). I am a loyal player since 2018 and I am deeply shocked and confused by this ban.
I have never used any unauthorized tools, hacks, modified files, or violated any of the game's security guidelines. My sole focus has always been on improving my gaming skills through honest practice. Furthermore, I am also a WOW Creator for PUBG Mobile, which shows my highest level of commitment and support for the game and its community.
The ban seems to be the result of a system error or a bug. Just before the ban, I was in the lobby collecting my rewards when I was disconnected. Upon logging back in, I discovered my account had been restricted.
This account represents over 7 years of my dedication, hard work, and countless memories. It is truly heartbreaking to lose access to it for no valid reason. I have invested not just time, but also my passion as a player and an official creator.
I respectfully request you to please review my case in detail, check my gameplay logs, and you will see I am a fair player. My account has been banned by mistake.
