Furthermore, I am also a WOW Creator for PUBG Mobile, which shows my highest level of commitment and support for the game and its community. The ban seems to be the result of a system error or a bug. Just before the ban, I was in the lobby collecting my rewards when I was disconnected. Upon logging back in, I discovered my account had been restricted. This account represents over 7 years of my dedication, hard work, and countless memories. It is truly heartbreaking to lose access to it for no valid reason.
