Issue: XP drops appear to not be randomized
Our xp drops are set to 5 per day with a minimum of 3 hours between drops. The way I understood it this would mean that a drop could happen anywhere randomly after the 3 hour minimum but it seems like they just drop pretty much exactly on the 3 hour mark every time if someone posts a message around that time.
So say I get an xp drop now. Then people talk as per usual and then as soon as the 3 hour mark hits as long as someone posts something the drop happens again. The only time it seems to take longer is when there's more than 3 hours between people posting.

Hi @rrr0yyy @Hatch89 ! The minimum between drops setting is more like a cooldown, where after that time it is possible for a drop to occur.
While there is some randomness in if a drop occurs, this setting is mainly just a cooldown instead of a "start the random timer"....

I'm wondering if it should be changed to have a minimum messages sent as well, eg the drop sends after 3 hours or 100 messages whichever is longer
