GameFiles from Windows
I changed to bazzite a couple of weeks ago and i'm still figuring out what to do with my 2nd and 3nd hard drive. All my backups are in them and some large games from steam as well. My question is if there is anyway for me to make steam recognize that i have the game files in my HDD (even though they were written by steam in Windows OS), so that i don't have to re-download hundreds of gigs of games?

no, you cannot run games that were installed from Windows. You must reinstall them in Linux in a supported filesystem(ext4 or btrfs). the NTFS file system is completely unsupported
