disabling mods doesn't work properly after relaunching mod manager
-windows 10
-v0.10.0
how to reproduce:
-install a mod
-relaunch the app
-try disabling the mod
-mod manager says the mod has successfully been disabled(keep appearing in the manager but trying to enable says the mod is invalid) although it disappears from the folder
-can enable disabled mods prior to relaunching the app and they will work just fine till you close the app again
-tried running it as administrator, same
-tried reinstalling the mod manager, same
-lost my mind
