Corrupted mod manager profile starts with \\x00

Something has caused your profile file to become corrupted. Please do the following:
1. Go to the Mod Manager profiles folder on your computer
2. Upload the files here so we can try to find out what went wrong.
3. Delete the profile files so the mod manager can open again.
4. Install the Satisfactory Mod Loader mod, then try to load your save file. This will produce a warning message telling you what mods you had installed when you last played the save file. If the message is too long, the game's log files will contain the full list....

it worked one time at first then my pc crashed and it wont work

the game not working is due to some misplaced mod files, fixing the mod manager will help clean those up
you do not need to open the mod manager to go to a folder on your computer

"no items mach my search" because it is not something to search for, it is a shortcut directly to a specific folder

can you send a screenshot of what you see?
you have opened the profile file in windows notepad, and it either has no data or notepad cannot display it
please go back to windows explorer to delete the file
i opened it in a few others and still nothing

we haven't figured out what causes this yet. best guess is the mod manager being shut down before it can save profile changes

Your profile's lockfile has somehow became corrupted. Delete the
something-lock.json file with your profile's name from your game install directory.
