Shetland Decisions

Recently picked up a new pair of heavyweight cords that I love from Taylor Stitch:

Now looking into a new warm cozy sweater to pair with it as I look to phase out my cheap department store junk. Been debating between the two below because both seem like they would pair well with these, are wildly different from other things in my wardrobe, but are still at least reasonably versatile. Curious opinions between these, but also totally open to other suggestions. Also want to acknowledge this may be a silly question as we are talking about staples in reasonably inoffensive colors, but I can't make up my mind or justify both so....hoping to crowd source this decision🤣
