cancel plan

hi there, i would love to cancel my plan. i cannot do it form the ui.

hello i tried to reply by chat, but i think its a bit hard to communicate over there. my business name is Liderna Inc. I would suggest allowing users to downgrade from the UI, i don't see the reason why I must be forced through this complicated process to cancel. thanks
