Gmail failed sync - Duplicate_entry_detected - Self Hosted 1.10.2

Hey,
In our team, some users can sync their email correctly and some have one problem which is DUPLICATE_ENTRY_DETECTED

[Nest] 29  - 11/10/2025, 4:44:47 PM   ERROR [MessagingMessagesImportService] Error (DUPLICATE_ENTRY_DETECTED) importing messages for workspace 965a4ab4 and account a237c3d1: A duplicate entry was detected. The combination of Message Channel Id, Message Id must be unique. - undefined


any idea how to deal with that? It's preventing a few of us to use Twenty where the rest is working fine!
