Inconsistent FPS

Hey guys, does someone know why this keeps happening?
I know it's not the newest stuff but help would be appreciated.

My System:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 4350G
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 Ti OC
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3200 MT/s (2x 8 GB)
OS: Windows 11 Home (25H2 OS Build 26200.7019)
(Playing on 1920x1080)
