billing issue on free plans

I’m having a billing issue that’s preventing me from managing my domain.
What’s happening
Affected domain(s): techsurgeon.net
Recent payment date (approx): ~5 days ago
I’m in a tight financial situation at the moment, so I’d appreciate help getting back onto the Free plan and restoring access as soon as possible.

I’m having a billing issue that’s preventing me from managing my domain.
What’s happening
- My account is on the Free plan, but I’m being billed for a $5/month charge (looks like cache- or add-on–related).
- I’m currently blocked from re-adding my domain due to an “unpaid invoice,” but there’s no visible button or link to pay it.
- I believe I already paid this ~$5 charge about five days ago.
- Please review and explain why the $5 subscription is active on an account that should be on the Free plan, and cancel/disable any paid add-ons or subscriptions going forward.
- Remove the billing block so I can add my domain back immediately.
- If I already paid recently, please reconcile that payment against the outstanding invoice, or provide a direct link/invoice to resolve it.
- If the charge was applied in error, please issue a refund for the recent $5 charge.
