Cloud save world not loading because no backup was found

I was playing on my calamity modpack, went to the abyss, then died to a colossal squid and my game crashed. Then, when I tried relaunching the world in multiplayer it sits on "starting server" and for single player it says "Load failed! No backup found"
Not sure what happened and I am sorry if this is an inconvenience or annoying.
