clothes that fit for skinny hourglass-ish body shape

so im tall and skinny
  • 6'2" (188cm)
  • shoulders ~42.5 in. (108 cm)
  • chest 36.25 in. (92.1 cm)
  • waist 24.5 in. (62.2 cm)
  • low hips 36.0 in. (91.4 cm)
  • inseam ~33.5 in. (85 cm) from crotch to top of foot, although i like to go slightly longer for wider leg pants
  • and a bit longer than normal proportioned arms (haven't measured)
i usually shop on the more budget end or thrift. im not looking to hide my figure as i dress pretty androgynously, but i have multiple questions

for tops,
  • are there stores that specifically sell extra long sleeve tops? the torso of the tops i buy are usually too long or boxy (or both), and the sleeve length doesn't increase much for larger sizes, especially for women's clothes
  • should i tailor my tops so that they have around the same amount of extra fabric at the chest and waist, or should i just leave them in a more regular fit?
for bottoms, i can usually find what i need for shorts, but my main issue is that men's pants
  • almost never go down to my waist size, especially not in 34" or 36" inseams
  • don't have enough of a difference between hip and waist/butt area is generally flat
  • seem harder to find high rise (e.g. 12" rise) pants
while women's pants
  • don't have long enough inseams
  • seem to be lower quality
i bought a pair of women's wide-leg jeans from hollister's tall line and they fit me well at the waist and hips, but they barely hit the top of my shoes and i'd rather them be longer. all my other pants i kept are men's pants and they're usually 2-5" too big at the waist and also usually aren't my preferred inseam length

i looked at sites that sell pants specifically for tall people, but they seem really expensive for the quality and the styles look outdated. i thought of buying long men's pants and taking them in at the waist, but im not sure how many inches you can take in before it looks weird

what should i do?
