Troubleshooting my Self configured domains: Cloud-flare endorsed/Sponsored Startup.
Unable to find customer ID, 6 digit auth code (email) [have the TOTP auth app] asked by call support. We received credits from Cloud-flare due to disruptions we were not able to make use of credits.
Please help me to reconfigure from scratch, during a phone support session, i was asked for cloud-flare ID & 6 digit support code. The gentleman wanted my TOTP in the auth app. Hanged up on me & here i am again seeking support.
