Non Profit Nursing Home- expired and suspended domain status
Hi Cloudflare employees. We have opened case #01833848 to help deal with this issue but have not heard anything back. I work in IT for a non profit nursing home. The website is down and so is email.
The credit card on file expired and the notification went to junk mail. After updating payment details and clicking renew the payment appears to process, but the status of this domain still shows as suspended. I even added a backup card on file to try to process it with that by making it primary and that did not work either. Not sure what else we can do.
