PC Sudden Frame drops / choppiness since patch hit
No matter what my graphics settings are, I am getting sudden frame drops.
I've re-installed the game entirely, I've installed and starting using islc, I've updated Windows, checked my drivers to ensure they're updated.... This suddenly happened with the last patch, and did not happen before.
I have RTX 4080 16gb, Ryzen 9 7900x 12core 4.7ghz, 32gb ram
It seems to basically occur during action, firing a gun, flicking, etc. Basically when the game needs to render a lot of frames fast, I think.
