I can't enter the match after purchasing rp .
I got 1 yr ban 2 yrs ago cause of UC issue I don't know when does it happened . An Anonymous logged in probably and did this . Lastly I purchased A RP in 2021
Now i am depressed . I haven't bought RP after ban . I came back into this game from last month . Today i bought it and that happened . PLEASE HELP ME OUT . I am about to join Esports In further days. I can't even play Rank matches now

You need to top up the amount of UC that was refunded.

The message means some of your UC was refunded or revoked usually from a failed or unauthorized purchase. To fix it, you must repay or re-buy the missing UC through the official in-game store or Midasbuy.
Avoid third-party sites like Eneba since Tencent removes UC bought from unauthorized sellers. If you didn’t make any suspicious purchase contact customer support in game.
Some anonymous did it dude . but dude i purchased my phone recently and also i was about join esports
