how do i fix this

so, basically im a clueless idiot with these things, software especially, and ive had a few lucky breaks solving some software issues using bios, but this ones left me completely clueless. this is a screenshot of google. suprising right? no clue myself, only possible hints i have are that i was modding minecraft before this begun. ive cleared my shaderscache and it did absolutely nothing. any ideas?
