Cant transfer project from launch to launch plan?

I get this error transferring my project to another organization. Why is this, I believe this might be in error.

In the meantime, to get you unstuck maybe you can try clicking the "Create Claim Link" button and visit that link yourself. It uses a slightly different API — so it may work that way
