Steel Production Question.

I need Help i am starting steel production and idk what to do. if yall think i should do opinion 3 keep in mind the coal is up on a high hill and the iron is on low low ground. i need help on what to do. ill check back tomorrow to review responds thxs 1. Belts the iron over to coal 2. Belt coal to iron 3. Build in between
