Need help with my RatRig VC 3.1 500 - Bedmesh and Gantry Twist

I'm having some issues with my RatRig VC 3.1 500: My bed mesh is really bad, and the first layers are very uneven. When I measure the gantry twist, I get very high values, but I can't interpret them correctly and don't know what I need to fix.
Has anyone had similar issues or have any idea what I should adjust? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
