Tft display only shows white screen

I have is tft display made for Arduino mega where it gets directly connected to Arduino digital pins but when I ran graphictest_kvb example from MCUfriend it just gave me white screen and if =0xD3D3 , tried asking chatgpt but nothing worked . I thought it could be the maping is wrong so i used jumper wires and remapping to pins from what I wrote on piece of paper,but it didn't work, maybe my remapping is wrong idk .help is appreciated
