OpenRGB Installing udev rules

On Bazzite, I wanted to permit OpenRGB to access the hardware interfaces (USB and I2C) to control my RAM RGB. However, trying to install these returns the error
mv: inter-device move failed: '60-openrgb.rules' to '/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/60-openrgb.rules'; unable to remove target: Read-only file system
Is there any way I can circumvent this?

The flatpaks only issues are 1: it does this 2: the OpenRGB team don't support it It's fully functional otherwise
