Need help changing over drive partition

I'm not sure how, but some of my drives are MBR partitioned while others are GPT partitioned.
This is causing a problem since I have a MBR drive mounted to a GPT one, and it is giving errors of
/var/home/chemical/Videos/Finger_Mount does not contain SELinux labels.
You just mounted a file system that supports labels which does not
contain labels, onto an SELinux box. It is likely that confined
applications will generate AVC messages and not be allowed access to
this file system. For more details see restorecon(8) and mount(8).

Can I fix these partitions, or do I just have to store the files on another SSD?

Solution
Nevermind, solved it
It was SELinux and I just needed to mount more drives to fix it
I followed this as a guide

Over the years, I have often given a talk using the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and how it compares to container security.
