Help Getting linux native game to be added to Heroic

I have a game "start" shell script that works as a game in steam, however I am trying to get it added to Heroic rather than steam for preference as well as to keep track of achievements.
First time trying to add this type of Linux game to Heroic, the exe games have been no problem. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
