How is the xp curve for levels? Is this in a linear way or a sort of curving way?

Solution
It's exponential. You can change how much XP you get in your dashboard.

Do you also know how quickly the website leaderboard updates itself? I added levels to my members (manually coped over from another bot), but not see it in the leaderboard webste after an hour.
Ah nevermind, not its slowly updating itself.
