Can I set up different profiles on a keyboard depending on whether I’m on macOS or Windows?

Yes. With ZMK you can have multiple Bluetooth “profiles” and pair each one to a different device/OS.
How it works (high‑level):
- ZMK supports 5 BLE profiles.
- You pair macOS to one profile (e.g. profile 0), Windows to another (e.g. profile 1).
- You switch which device is active using special keys in the keymap:
